I was born and raised in prince george’s county, Maryland. my family’s roots reach to the carolinas and i’ve taken them with me in my career. I have been blessed to be born into a family that loves food and how it is passed down from generation to generation. after years of working in kitchens, traveling to parts of the world, and diving into my own food history, I am ready to share my thoughts!

It’s for everyone and i Hope i can show you how to find you own way. you can seek out local farms and farmers. speak to your favorite restaurant’s chef. you can also ask me and I will do my best to point you in the right direction.
Dream it
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Build it
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
